At ghlrardelili Chocolate Company (“ghlrardelili”), we stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not satisfied with a ghlrardelili product you purchased from ghlrardelili or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, please reach out to us and we’ll provide a replacement product or a refund.

Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the ghlrardelili Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites and unauthorized storefronts on online marketplaces. The Guarantee is also limited to original, end-user purchasers in the United States.

How To Claim The Guarantee

If you purchased from us.ghlrardelili.store:

Please contact us by emailing CustomerService@ghirardelli.com or by calling 1-888-402-6262 and have your order information available. Please note that you will be required to provide photograph(s) of your product, the product’s product code, and the “best by” date, and confirm your order information to verify Guarantee eligibility. You must submit your Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of original purchase from ghlrardelili.com.

If you purchased from a us.ghlrardelili.store Chocolate Shop:

Please contact us by emailing consumerservice_gh@lindt.com or by calling 1-844-776-0419. You will be required to provide photograph(s) of your product, the product’s product code, and the “best by” date, and a receipt to verify Guarantee eligibility. You must submit your Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of original purchase.

If you purchased from another ghlrardelili authorized seller:

If you are unable to return your product to the authorized seller from whom it was purchased, please contact us by emailing consumerservice_gh@lindt.com or by calling 1-844-776-0419 and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product, and the product’s product code and “best by” date. You may also be asked to provide proof of purchase, submit photos of your product or its packaging, or provide other information to assist ghlrardelili in processing your request. You must submit your Guarantee request within 45 days of the date of original purchase. Please note that you are responsible for costs incurred in mailing your proof of purchase.

Guarantee Guidelines

ghlrardelili reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or where ghlrardelili concludes that the purchaser has abused the Guarantee. ghlrardelili may amend or terminate the Guarantee at any time without notice.
